Curtis Manning
Curtis Manning holds degrees in both civil engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder and horticulture (with a landscape design and construction emphasis) from Colorado State University. While attending CSU’s horticulture school, he was the recipient of two Colorado Nursery and Greenhouse Association scholarships. Curtis started Curtis Manning Design as a design/build landscape business in January of 2003. He has built his business by developing personal and professional relationships with clients, continuing to learn from the leaders in his field, maintaining his acute attention to detail and by working with the environment as a steward to the land.
Curtis is always looking to expand his knowledge of the natural world as it applies to landscaping. By attending seminars in design and in the field of landscaping, he is able to help his clients make sound decisions with respect to their landscapes. From seminars at Denver Botanic Gardens to water conservation symposiums in Colorado Springs and Albuquerque, New Mexico, Curtis continues to learn from the most prominent leaders in the field. Through thoughtful design and quality construction, Curtis helps his residential and light commercial clients reduce water usage and maintenance while achieving the most from their outdoor environments.
Curtis’s passion for the landscape is evident in his work, from a dedication toward conservation and sustainability to his attention to the finer details. Since its inception, Curtis Manning Design has been designing and installing quality landscapes for discerning clients. By carefully listening to his clients’ needs, Curtis is able to create landscapes that reflect their style, personality and taste. The process begins and ends with the client and the final product reflects this philosophy.
